The Latest CBS News: What Did We Get Up To This Summer?

We can’t believe it, but summer 2019 has well and truly come and gone. It feels like only yesterday we were writing our round-up on what the CBS team got up to in spring. However, we have been busy over the last few months and jam-packed a lot of activity in

We’ve Refreshed Our NSI Accreditation

 
If you’ve read our previous post ‘CBS’ BS7858 Services Achieve Silver Status Accreditation from the NSI’, then you’ll know at the end of 2018 we achieved NSI silver status accreditation for meeting sector-specific standards, including providing a high level of both service and staff training.

We’re now pleased to reveal that we have received our annual audit from the NSI and have passed with flying colours!

 

We’ve Also Had Our Systems Audited

 
The NSI review isn’t the only thing that has had a once over recently. Our MapItandGo systems were audited earlier this month for ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 and we again passed and retained our accreditations.

Both of these accreditations ensure we are maintaining cyber resilience and ensuring we are mitigating the risk of cyber incidents to ensure all data stays as secure as possible.

 

We Held Our Summer BBQ Party

 
At CBS, we’re a close-knit team and many of our staff come from the local community. We also strongly believe in rewarding hard work. Therefore, this summer we threw open our doors (and front lawn) and invited friends, family and clients over for a BBQ.

With great food, good company, and a visit from some animal friends for the kids, it was a very enjoyable day had by all!


 

We Became More Social (Online)

 
In recent years, we had gone a little quiet on social media, but this all changed recently when we came back with a bang, sharing all the happenings from behind the scenes here at our office.

From updates on our ‘fun 15’ and ‘time out Thursday’ activities, such as speed animal moulding and giant cards, to our pizza rewards for hitting bonuses, we do a lot of interesting things here at CBS and want to share that with our followers.
