CBS’ Rachel Bedgood to be Keynote Speaker at the Top 100 Business Women in Wales Awards

We are pleased to announce that our founder and CEO, Rachel Bedgood, has been chosen as keynote speaker at the Top 100 Business Women in Wales Awards 2018.

About the Top 100 Business Women in Wales Awards

Held in the Mercure Hotel, Cardiff, on November 27th, Rachel will join Cheryl Bass of I AM WOMAN, and Lisa Marie Brown, owner of Pinkspiration, to connect, inspire, and learn from like-minded women.

During her keynote, Rachel will share how she scaled up key business processes to achieve outstanding growth, discuss her marketing tactics to increase the number of people she can reach and serve, and cover issues about investment in both finance and in the CBS team.

After Rachel’s speech, the awards will name the top 100 businesswomen in Wales, as well as recognising a select few for their outstanding endeavours over the last 12 months and beyond. A speed networking session will then give attendees the chance to make connections and market their products or services.

Why Was Rachel Chosen as Keynote?

Rachel launched CBS back in 2005 and has now grown it to become Wales’ largest and the UK’s third largest provider of criminal checks and employment screening services. Using pioneering and innovative new products, and Rachel using everything she can to develop an outstanding and socially responsible business, we are proud to say CBS is now known as a hugely successful company with strong roots.

Rachel genuinely cares about what she does, her customers, and the applications that CBS process, making her the ideal keynote speaker at the awards.

Rachel said:

“I look forward to sharing with you how I started my business from an idea and turned it into one of the fastest growing businesses in Wales by getting the best out of developing strategic working alliances with people and businesses. I just wish someone had shared with me, like I am going to share with you, the fastest way to grow your customers and turnover.”
