Meet the team!
We want you to get to know our staff so every month we’re going to interview a member of the CBS team so you get to know the person at the end of the phone, who is dealing with your enquiry.

4.What would make your job easier?
A troubleshooting page to send to clients with a list of common queries and how to resolve them – the sort of thing you get when buying a washing machine or a hoover.

6.What do you like to do in your spare time?
Spare time? What’s that? I have two sons both playing rugby, a husband that coaches rugby, a 5 year old Springer Spaniel called Oscar, and I have been a Volunteer Club Safeguarding Officer for Abercynon RFC for the last 10 years. I do like a good book if I get any time……. Chris Carter is an excellent read.
7.What do you like about working for CBS?
The girls……is that a bit sexist? We have a great team, who not only work well together, but have a great social side as well.back to news
