What is eScreening?

eScreening is the term given to our online portal and its process of checking referencing applications. It allows us to handle all referencing issues for you, so you have more time to concentrate on other aspects of your job.

What Does eScreening Look For?

This in-depth referencing system looks at a variety of different aspects which changes for each bespoke package.
However, you can expect to receive a few select services as standard. For example, our Level 1 standard package will do the following:

• Basic level criminal disclosures
• ID validations
• Checks to see if an applicant has the right to work in the UK
• 1 year employment referencing – where have they been working or if unemployed, why?
Other packages may also look at financial sanctions, credit reports or even an individual’s social media accounts.

How Does it Work?

Once your system is set up, you will be able to create applications from the main administration dashboard on the homepage. This will allow you to select the screening option you require and will contact the applicant with their unique login details. They can then enter the system and enter all required personal information for us to screen.

Don’t worry about the applicant doing this on their own. You can rely on eScreening. Our system provides full support and validation, so if any sections are left empty or entered incorrectly they’ll be prompted. Our eScreening system is very easy to use and clearly shows you how to navigate from page to page. Once complete the applicant can click ‘submit’ and it’s all over to us.
