Do you plan your year and set goals and targets? We do…We love the satisfaction of pushing ourselves to achieve what we set out to do, and 2023 is a going to be a very exciting year for us!
It is important to us that year on year, we continue to grow, move forwards and continue learning so that CBS continues to be the best in the business.
So, in 2023, we plan to:
1. Maintain our accreditations and exemplary audits. Our accreditations and audits add value to our business and show our clients our full capability and that they can fully rely on us!
2. Retain our current clients. You all mean the world to us, so working hard to ensure we keep you around, shows our loyalty and helps confirm how beneficial our services are. That’s why this year we want to retain our current clients as well as continue to grow our client base.
3. Improve the services that we offer and enhance our systems. So that we can always provide the best possible service to our clients. Based on feedback from our clients over the past year, we are going to adapt and implement changes to our services, so that we continue to improve and grow.
4. Grow Digital. The need for digital identity checks continues to grow, with over 50% increase of need for these services during the pandemic. Digital Identity checks is a service we incorporated into our business last year, and we want to continue to offer this service as the future of identity checks will be digital. 5. Increase our workforce by up to 20%. To keep up with the goal of maintaining and bringing in new clients, we need to grow again. We always want to see the CBS team develop and expand, and every employee is an asset to us, so growing the CBS team further is something we look forward to!
6. Care for our staff. With the goal to expand our workforce, we still want to make sure that our current team is being looked after. Each member of the CBS team will work closely with the training manager to set out their goals and aspirations for the year ahead.
7. Expand our services. We are looking to work in the following sectors over the next 12 months:
• We want to offer airside screening products to the aviation sector.
• We want to expand our services and grow our business within the security and construction sector by providing BPSS & BS7858 employment screening.
• Also, as we continue to grow, we also want to expand into licensing our own software and options to other background screening providers.
