Complete Background Screening celebrates multiple award wins

We’ve had an incredible month with a whole host of awards for CBS – and we couldn’t be more proud of our team and our hard work in the employment and background screening business. Want to know why? Well, let us fill you in.

As some might have already seen, our CEO Rachel Bedgood was nominated for three awards at the Entrepreneur Wales Awards 2015 and fought off stiff competition to win the prestigious Small Business Award. Rachel was commended on her ability to overcome obstacles and consistently grow the business over the past ten years as well as her contribution to the Welsh economy. EWA2015-1

Speaking of the win, Rachel says, “I’m extremely happy and proud to win this award.  It’s a real honour to be recognised for our achievements and input into the Welsh economy. We’ve worked extremely hard to establish a sustainable business that can help create jobs for local people and as we grow, providing more jobs for people in the valleys. Regeneration in the local area is something that is extremely close to my heart.

“We hope to continue to grow and this wouldn’t be possible without the help of my talented and dedicated team.”

But that’s not all for this month. We also made quite an impression at the Wales Fast Growth 50 awards where we won a sustainability award.  The Fast Growth 50 is a list, which features ambitious private sector companies who have shown substantial growth over the past year. We were featured on the Fast Growth 50 list for the fourth consecutive year with a growth of 97.2% thanks to our fantastic clients such as The British Heart Foundation and Siemens.

As a company that started from humble beginnings, this year has been a big one for CBS and we couldn’t be more thrilled.”
