1.As a (Referencing Co-ordinator) what does your job involve?

Being the first point of contact for all business enquiries, from new and existing customers.  Dealing with everything sales and staying with the customer through the onboarding process and the lifetime of the system use.





2. What task do you spend a majority of your day doing?

Speaking to our lovely customers and fixing their problems.

3.What part of your job do you enjoy most?

Everything – (really!)

3.What is your least favourite part of your job?

Cleaning the coffee machine 😉

3.What would make your job easier?

More hours in the day!

6.What is your favorite film and why?

Beaches! – because it was my favorite film as a child and even though it’s a sad film, it always takes me back and makes me feel good.

7.What do you like to do in your spare time?

Spare time? I have 3 kids and they keep me busy!

8.What do you like about working for CBS?

I have been with CBS for 11 years and watching the company grow and succeed has and always will be amazing.  I’m part of something special and I’m honestly able to say “I love my job!”
